Duties and Responsibilities
Manage events, staff, athletes, and spectators.
Acquire and comply with special event permits as defined by proper authorities.
Coordinate athlete registrations.
Compose, edit, and update written material for media/marketing as needed.
Assist sales and marketing campaigns.
Correspond with local, regional, and national sponsors.
Manage warehouse, product inventories, and equipment.
Qualifications
Abilities: Excellent communication, writing, and people skills required
Experience: Athletic background preferred
Working Conditions
Special events require traveling and weekend work
Must be able to work in inclement outdoor weather
Physical Requirements
Physically demanding, lifting heavy objects on a regular basis
